Well Child Visits

For the first 12 months of age, we routinely see our patients (for "Well Child" care) at 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months (unless advised differently by your PCP).

For the second year of life, we see our patients at 15, 18, 24 and 36 months of age. Thereafter we evaluate our patients yearly (preferably in the month of their birth), from 4 to 6 years of age.

Between the years of 7 and 13 years, we see patients for their evaluation once every two years. Through their "teen" years we request an annual assessment with a thorough physical examination.

It is important for you to make a commitment to adhere to these appointments so that your child will be fully evaluated and immunized.
